Warranty

We will replace the candidate at no extra charge to you – terms & conditions apply, should you not be happy with the candidate you choose or should the candidate unilaterally decide to be released from duties within the guarantee period you have chosen.

The placement fee covers a comprehensive report of the candidate comprising details of her next of kin, criminal record report – Verified with SAPS, contacts of her previous employer (s), copies of her qualification (if applicable), The fee is payable to Mainroot immediately upon the client agreeing to employ the potential candidate. Payment must be made before the candidate begins with official duties. Once the placement has been concluded; Mainroot will no longer be legally or financially liable for the candidate in any regard whatsoever. The Client will be responsible for any registration with regards to labour law matters such as UIF, PAYE, TAX and any additional benefits, if applicable. Placement fee is non-refundable once the placement is concluded.

Standard Contract
6% of the annual salary of the domestic worker. 3 months warranty.

Warranty covers : Admin, sourcing, screening, training,  criminal background checks verified with SAPS, copies of her qualifications if applicable

*Premium Contract

7% of the annual salary of the domestic worker. 4 months warranty.

Warranty covers : Admin, sourcing, screening, training,  criminal background checks verified with SAPS, copies of her qualifications if applicable

*Premium Plus Contract
9% of the annual salary of the domestic worker. 6 months warranty

With Premium Plus we do a home visit after 1 week of placement to check on the quality of work of the helper and offer advice if need.

This option applies to helpers who earn R4000 and above and reside in Gauteng and Hartbees poort
